These Terms of Service apply to all contracts between Customable (hereinafter "Provider") and the customer for the services offered on our website.
The presentation of products in the shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to order. By completing the order process, you place a binding order. Confirmation of receipt of the order is sent by email.
All prices are stated in euros. Payment is made via the payment methods offered during the order process. For recurring services, the agreed amount is due according to the selected billing cycle.
The scope of services is determined by the respective product description at the time of ordering. The Provider provides its services with an availability of at least 99.9% annual average.
Contracts for recurring services can be terminated with 14 days' notice at the end of the respective billing period. Termination can be made via the customer portal or by email.
The Provider is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence, the Provider is only liable in case of breach of essential contractual obligations. Liability in this case is limited to the foreseeable, contract-typical damage.
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. If individual provisions are invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
